Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for the Birthcode "Full Reading" subscription, operated by Akira Marketing LLC.

1. Subscription & Renewal

• The Full Reading plan is offered as $9.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year.
• New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged for the plan you selected.
• It is a recurring subscription that automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at the start of each new period.
• Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

2. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time from your account settings (open your account menu and manage your subscription).
• When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
• After the period ends, paid features (the Full Reading and compatibility readings) are locked again.

3. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid.

4. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time and we will review it in good faith.

5. Price Changes

We may change the subscription price. We will give reasonable advance notice, and changes will apply to billing periods that begin after the notice.
